Everyday health concerns, general medicine, minor surgical care. When further evaluation or specialist care is appropriate, we work closely with trusted medical institutions and specialists to ensure continuity of care. No concern is too small to bring to us.

For International Patients

We combine everyday primary care with a carefully chosen range of private (self-pay) services — so whether you have a lingering cough, a question you've been meaning to ask, or simply want a clearer picture of your health, there is one place to start.
Our approach
Good medicine begins with listening. We keep our practice deliberately small so that appointments are unhurried, explanations are clear, and you see the same familiar faces each time you visit. We'll walk you through what we're seeing, what your options are, and what each one involves so that decisions about your health always remain yours.
General practice
We care for the full range of everyday health concerns: seasonal illnesses and infections, minor injuries, allergies, digestive complaints, and the ongoing management of conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes. When specialist care or hospital testing is needed, we coordinate the referral and stay involved. For our international patients, we're also glad to help make sense of Japan's insurance system, paperwork, and prescriptions.
Travel Medicine
We offer travel vaccinations and can issue certificates in English.
Private services
Alongside insured care, we offer in-depth health screening, travel and seasonal vaccinations, and advanced blood panels for those who want to look further than a standard check-up.
Visiting us
We are a short walk from Daikanyama Station, and consultations are available in both English and Japanese. Appointments can be booked online or by phone, and we do our best to accommodate same-day visits.
